When we say holistic, we also mean honesty; Training often is a symptom of a bigger and sorrier state. For example you may feel you need training that motivates an apparently de-motivated team, what you may actually need is management training or counselling skills for your managers!

Therefore we will ensure that our training continues to be different - in that it is specifically designed to work and add value to you, the client. All of our clients can testify that our use of experiential learning methods, engaging students in the learning and enabling them to take it and apply it to good effect in the workplace, provides them with a tangible return on their investment. Our training changes people's lives and results in a positive impact in your workplace. Our training can be tailored to help you achieve your company's vision and key business objectives. Few training organisations use our methods, rigorous accreditation and constant desire to deliver continuous improvements to all our training provision.

  • We will continue the growth of the business and expand into areas where we have no current offering; creating a 'one stop shop' of training and development. We are happy to do this organically, as our clients request additional services however it is important to us that each offering we bring on board is of the highest calibre and we are prepared to take our time and get it right first time. At the same time we are investing in new marketing strategies to expand our client base and bring the 'Your Impact' training experience to a wider audience.
